Is My Guam Divorce Valid?

I was divorced by a quickie Nevada company that filed it in Guam. Neither my husband or I stepped foot in Guam. This was finalized Nov, 5th of 2004. Is our divorce valid? We have since reconciled and were hoping it was invalid. Or could it be over turned since none of the criteria of residency were met.

If the legal requirements for divorce in Guam were not met the decree may be void, but it also may only voidable. Simplest resolution would be for you to just remarry and if yo want to do a community property agreement.
