Need Guam Divorse Law or Divorce Process
I live in Virginia but need to know the process for getting a divorce from a marriage that took place in Guam?

Do you live in VA and have done so for the last 6 months? Does you spouse live in VA? Was the marital residence here in VA?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, you can file for divorce in VA regardless of where the marriage took place.
