Legal Question in Family Law in Guam

how do I get guardianship back from my parents

I gave guardianship to my parents because I was only 16 years old when I had my daughter. I am now 20 years old currently in the Army reserve and a full time student at the University out here on Guam. I work part time as a research as sistant at a marine lab and is currently in engaged to an army soldier who is active duty. Is there any way I could get the guardianship terminated from my parents.

You can file a petition to terminate the guardianship.
