I live in california and my kids are staying with my ex girlfriend's parents which is in Guam, and she out of country.Ok my first question, do i have a chance to get a joint custody of my kids, even I'm staying here in California they 're in Guam.

Is there any way I can complain or bring out the issue that my ex-girlfriend's parents forged my signeature when they made legal guardian document for my kids, which they didn't even inform me.

Thank you for giving me a chance to ask this question in your web.i hope someone can give me such an ideas how to see my kids or even just talk to them it's been four years now since I see them.Again I appreciate any kind of response and help from anybody..... Thanks

You should resubmit this question for an attorney in Guam. Also include information regarding where the children were born and where they have lived, with which parent or parents, and how long at each location.

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --

You need to petition the court to terminate the guardianship in the court where it was granted. Then, custody would revert to you and/or the children's mother.
