Legal Question in Family Law in Guam

What are my options if she won't sign the paperwork???

We have been seperated for 3 years and i sent her the divorce papers, but she won't sign. Can i still divorce her without her signature? I am in Guam(military), she is in Jacksonville, Fl.

You can still get a divorce without your wife signing a consent. You would have to serve her by publication and certified mail, which is a little more expensive, since she does not live on Guam.
