Reconciliation

If a married couple were divorced for 1yr, Are they able to file a Motion to set aside judgement and final decree? Is there a case law on this matter?

Hi:

Generally, once a final judgment of divorce has been entered for more than one year, it can not be undone. If the judgment of divorce was only interlocutory, not final, that could probably be set aside. Otherwise, I'd recommend that you just remarry.
