First let me state that anybody can legally sue anybody in the State of Florida. In order for the suit to be maintained and not dismissed you must state a valid cause of action. You have not set forth any legal theory under which you would file your law suit. Simply sending photographs to you or your husband - whether clothed or nude is not a basis for a lawsuit. Even if your husband was having an affair with the woman as you stated, I do not know of any grounds for a law suit against "the other woman".

Perhaps you might wish to forget this unfortunate situation. This woman may have indirectly done you a favor by exposing this relationship to you at this stage in life rather than your finding out at some later date.
