Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Guam

My Son Suffered for Weeks,Dr was a Quack

Took 18yr Son to hospital,Son sat for over five hours with the nail in his foot before they seen him.Only one xray taken.Dr said nail did not touch bone,dr removes nail with dirty pliers from sons truck.Dr never takes 2nd xray,gives shot sends home.son taken back next day severe pain, ready to pass out,several medication given,again Returns 4 hours later by ambulance,Dr did not want to admit son but father insisted,Dr admitted son for hyponatremia, severe infection in foot.After being there four days the meds that was given was wrong meds to treat the infection,Dr release son anyways,after I requesting him not to be released.Brought back to hospital 24 hrs later for high fever.after 2 days of being admitted to hospital for second time dr finally calls in specialist,specialist cuts sons foot open to release pus,specialist explained that the nail scraped 3 bones going in.Dr explains only time will decide the out come of the severe infection,week later radioscan was given on foot,showed severe bone infection in three bones,Several weeks In Hospital.Released Son on home Antibotics through IV For several Weeks more.as of Today son has limp and pain,dr said he may need future surgey.

What Can I do?what are the Statue of limitations?
