Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Guam
Quitclaim Deed
I have a quitclaim form that my deceased father had in the paper work I received when he passed. It is about probate proceedings on land in Tongan,Inarajan,Guam. I am the eldest of his children, and I am wondering if there is anything that can be done to find out if there is any claim that any of my family members, including my mother, his widow, has to this land. It is a tract about 13.09 acres. the papers have a date:June 2,1970. I would be grateful for any information that anyone could forward to me. I have the case # and the names involved if that would help.
