I am 24 years old with a child and married for almost one year.I want a divorce from my husband because he is being unfaithful.How do i go about getting a divorce and how long does the process of a divorce take?

In order to apply for a divorce, you need to consult and retain a divorce lawyer. An undefended divorce can take between 3 -5 months.
