hi,

I am an American Citizen and would like to sponser my parents and 2 sisters from guyana, how old would the paper work take before i can bring my mom to america?

As you are a US citizen your family would be regarded as immediate relatives and would be immediately eligible to come to the USA as soon as the immigration paperwork was complete.
