Legal Question in Consumer Law in Hawaii
I purchsed several website domains from a company who sells domain, my domains are for my future use, my domains are kept with the company who sold me the domains for which I paid him every 2 o3 years renual fees. Without my permission, the domain vendor keeper of my domains had activated the domains and use my domain to sell advertisement to other businesses without asking my permission? Also, do I have rights to charge him for the use of my domains and also ask him for 50% of income he collected from the businesses who paid him to placed their Ads? three of the domains are due for renewal fees this coming July. Your advice is appreciated.

You should review the domain purchase agreement that you agreed to when you bought your domains from your domain provider. Most domain providers have clauses that permit them to post parked pages on your domains until you upload your website. The parked pages can be advertising for the domain host or its advertisers.
