However, you should point out to them that you're a minor and feel it is inappropriate to use your likeness without parental consent. If it has already been done, then there's not a lot to be done about it, except to try to prevent future occurrences.

It's unclear how you would prove harm or invasion of privacy, from a newsworthy event, but you can always contact a local attorney to see.
