Responsible Managing Employee (RME) Indemnification
I want to enter into contract with a Hawaiian General Contractor as an RME-Responisble Managing Employee. I have an existing LLC. I would like to include in the contract between he and I an indemnification clause holding him harmless of any and all claims related to the work my company purforms under his license.
