Legal Question in Consumer Law in Hawaii
Car buying
I'm in the process of buying a car.I have signed a contract to buy a car. The car has not come in yet, and they have lent me a loaner in the meantime. Do I have a right to cancel, since the car is not in my possesion? And what compensation or action should I be worried about for the time I have had the loaner?(3days and only 22 miles.
thank you, Kevin

I would be happy to review your contract + provide you with a legal opinion.
Of course this is billable.
