Collections or Creditor
If an account has been turned over to a collection agency/attorney is it possible to go back to the original creditor for action on the account? Has the creditor sold the account to the agency for their actions?

What kind of "action"? DO you have a defense?
What is balance due? WHen was it incurred? THese will affect liability.
