Legal Question in Consumer Law in Hawaii

Spiders in the brand new car....Dealership won't accept responsiblity!!

My husband bought me a brand new car that was infested with spiders as big as my hand......that jumped @ me while driving w/ my 3 young children. The dealership tried forcing the car on us when it was p/u by them right after the incident. The dealership refuses to cancel the loan and is trying to force all of this on us........What can we do?

I can understand you're bugged by this, but the presence of bugs does not render the car substantially impaired. I would buy some bug killer, kill the bugs, and send a bill for the bug killer to the dealership.

After that, I wouldn't buy any more cars from them.
