Responsibility for Ex-Spouse credit card debt

Granted divorce in Hawaii- Ex-spouse had credit card his name only- I was not auth. signer. Divorce decree stated that ex-spouse was to make payments on credit card. Since Hawaii is a non-community property state, Am I obligated to make any payments on the account? I am being harrassed by collection agency. My credit report does not reflect the debt. What are my options?
