Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
what next.
he got arrested about 5 days now caz there are three of them got arrested for attempted murder but they didin't do such a thing to the injured kid. so now they suppose to have court on 7 /03 /08 but they said they tranfer to the circut court or somethingbut it gonna be on next two weeks. should we get a lawyer already or still take the public defender?.

If you have the funds, you should hire a lawyer as soon as possible. If not, Judge Derrick Chan will refer him to the public defenders office after the A & P.
