Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
need help
my brother in law got arrest for something that he didn't do. so I jus wonder what we should do or the possiple way we can get him out of the jail?.

When was he arrested and what for? Police need to bring him to court or set bail within 48 hrs of arrest. If he goes to Court the judge may appoint a public defender for him or he can hire a private attorney to defend him if he can afford it.
