Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
counterfeiting charges
my public defender wants me to plead guilty for charges of counterfeiting us currency. copies of 100 notes were found in a trash bag in my room. i did not make them myself but had knowledge of what was going on. what should i do?

You are not liable for mere knowlege that a crime was or had been comitted without doing anything to assist. You would be liable if you assisted in any fashion.
