Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
Criminal Investigation
I am in the navy and am under investigation regarding a missing 9mm weapon from a US warship. I did not take this weapon but have been informed that another individual from the ship is making a statement that he gave me one. NCIS wants me to take a polygraph with regards to this matter. I feel confidant about passing a polygraph but, should I still get a lawyer?

Yes, you should at least have a consultation for legal advice before deciding on the polygraph. I often times will have my clients tested in a confidential exam before agreeing to the "official test" Please contact me if you want to retain me. Regards, Rustam Barbee
