Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii

early release of federal probation

I have completed almost 3 out of five years of my probation. I paid all my restitution in full. I've done everything asked of me. I've retained 2 jobs and am a single mother. Been this trouble this one time only and never again. At first my PO says if I pay in full and do half my time early release of prob is an option. Now I have a new PO and I asked her (after I paid my fine in full) about early prob release and she says ''oh we don't do that anymore''. How can this be? How do I go about getting off of probation early? I'm in Hawaii. Why wouldn't she help me?

Yes, I can assist you with this. What was your conviction for and which was your sentencing Judge? Who was your lawyer?
