false statements used to arrest someone
If someone is indicted by grand jury awaiting trial in jail and it is found that the statements made against them, used by grand jury to arrest them and a guilty party comes foward with information that proves the statements the grand jury took were false, How soon will that person be released?

You need to speak with defendant's attorney about this serious matter. Each case is different depending on the facts. Typically, although not always, the defense will either file a motion to dismiss, or use the new information showing perjury before the grand jury during cross-examination at a trial.
