can you give some advices on my evidences

i was charged on intended extortion first degree. there are two evidence on me. first the detective saw that i stood by the person who was makeing the extortion call. however, he stated that he only saw that i was there for 10 to 15 seconds. in normal. it is hard to say that i can know whole crime action. second, my company stated that i knew whole crime action. however, there are not any direct evidence to coborrate his words. can you give me some adives on my evidence?
