Highly intoxicated/fleeing the scene
I was involed in an accident while drinkinking no injurys but i was charged with fleeing the scene even though i walk to a nearby freeinds house a called the police and told them i hit a parked vechicle, i am from michigan and wish to go home but have to face this what are my options ? I have very little money to pay

At your first court date, the Judge will refer you to see the public defender for possible free representation. If you earn too much money, they will not represent you and you must then hire a private attorney. I would charge $2,000. flat fee.
