Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii

Inaccurate evidence

My name was on the warrant when my mother's house got raided. I was there temporarily taking care of her in the last stages of alzhiemers. She died a week later.

The courts have sealed to protect the informer and the documents that gave them probable cause to issue the warrant. Don't I have the right to know what's in those documents? I believe it to be incorrect or false. My lawyer wants me to plea guilty. I am not the one who should have been charged. What can I do to clear myself?

Re: Inaccurate evidence

If you are not guilty and your attorney is ignoring your request to fight the case at trial, you may want to to request another court-appointed lawyer or hire another lawyer to fight your case.
