Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
Isour justice system is by the rich,for the rich,.........?
After seven years of living in Texas Hawaii charged my mother with a crime. she left in 2000yet there were no charges until 2002. Also they charged her as a fugitive ,but she never new of these charges.We didnt even know what promoting a dangerous drug was.How can i help her from Texas and is this charge based on only witnesses. that upon testimonty are admitting drug use, in lue of their own charges? If I was a drug user and said i didnt do a crime i would not be believed but since i am accusing another im telling the truth?Help

There is little you can do for your mother from Texas. She needs to hire counsel in Hawaii.
