Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
I got sent to jail after stealing a $4.75 food item from a store. The police officer said that I am charged with 4th degree theft. I had a $50 bail and I have court coming up. I have never been in trouble with the law before. I reside in the state of Hawaii but am a German citizen with a Green Card. What can I expect?
