Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
I have an outstanding arrest warrant, for missing a traffic court date. then when it was rescheduled I was late and the Judge wouldn't see me. I dont want to turn myself in but i want a new court date and to have the warrant redrawn. is this a normal request and is it costly? what would such a process cost????

You can post bail and appear, turn yourself in early in the morning before court or hire an attorney to file a Motion to recall the warrant. The legal fee depends on what you are charged with. Range would be $500.00-$2,500.00.
