Theft in 2nd shoplifting Kauai, Hawaii
As the defendent .
Why was i not allowed to pull police report from police document dept. , Said i need attorney to request.

You can get it if you appear in court as your own attorney, otherwise attorney gets it from the prosecutor after charging.
