Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
Thief
I paid some one $380 for the repair of my van (parts and labor) and they have not completed the work. How or will I be able to persue this matter leagly.

One option is to file a suit in small claims court. Go to the district court, fill out the complaint form and sevre the defendant. Also you may want to file a police complaint.
