TRESSPASS IN THE FIRST DEGREE in Hawaii

in 2006 i went to visit in hawaii from

japan. one night i went to visit

friend's hotel room which is my friend

were paid for, hotel's worker found

out i was in the room,they called

police and they came to friend's

room,i could not speak english at

that time so i couldn't explain to

police anything.

but they just arrest me as trespass

and my friend came bail me out.

that time i got paper from police

officer,i couldn't understand.

now(2008) i just found out that was

notice for show up to court!!

they try to charge me for original

case &missing from court(like i was

runaway?). i had $300 bail so i just

paid it,now im going to court,but i

don't no where is that friend now,no

evidence,but my self.

i want to clear up this problem some

how. please help!!if you think you

can give me idea please e-mail,thank

you for read!!

You can try to get a free public defender or else hire a private attorney to defend you on this trespass case. The attorney needs to review the police report before giving you a reasoned opinion about your best defense. I would charge $1,500.00-$2,000.00 to defend this case.
