I complied with my charges still showing on my background check I need to find an attorney that will advice me or help to clear it out of records I was charge with intoxication in public with mariguana while driving

You cannot get this "cleared" if you are over 18. You however can most likely qualify for what is called an "expungment". This allows you to in most circumstances say you were never legally convicted as it is legally a dismissal of charges. I would be happy to work with you on this matter.
