i have a bench warrant in hawaii for not atending a dui driving course in 1999. i live in alabama and can not afford to go to hawaii. can i get hawaii to dismiss it. and if so how

You have to either travel and post the bail or get a Hawaii attorney to post the money for bench warrant and appear at a new court date and resolve the case for you. Estimated fee around one to two thousand.
