Conviction for 1st offense above .08% but under .15% bac can result in loss of license for 3 months-1 year, fine of $150-$1,000. 72 hrs, community service or 2-5 days jail. Also required are a substance abuse assessment and 14 hrs (3 day) substance abuse rehab course.
