Got DUI in Hawaii in 1997 did not take care of court requirements
Is there a statute of limitations on DUI in Hawaii. I live in another state and would like to obtain my driver's license. What do I need to do?

You need to post bond, recall your warrant and get a court date to either pursuae judge to dismiss the case for staleness or prove compliance with your old sentence. Once this is done, you can get the license stopper lifted.
