DUI in Hawaii
i was pulled over for running a red light. i was arrested for dui and blew a .117 BAC%. i had an over 18 year old passanger in the vehicle with me. what kind of punishments am i facing. this was my first offense.

Conviction for 1st offense DUI carries license suspension of 3-12 months, fine of $150-1,000., 14 hrs substance abuse classes and alcohola ssessment.
