D.U.I. question
I was driving under the influence 2 years ago- went out of country for school. Now i want my linsence back- however the state requires i take 6 weeks of classes. can i go to jail instead? The case has been dropped and no charges filed against me. i just want my licence back as soon as possible. i have not had my licence for 2 years. well beyond the 90 suspension. please help.

I don't understand. If charges were dropped, you should be eligible for retest and relicencing. Were you revoked by ADLRO?
