aloha, i had a few drinks and got pulled over at a check point. I decided to refuse the sobriety test and b.a.c. measurement. I'm out on bail and my court day is in a month. Do you know what punishment I'm facing? Fines? License lost? Your knowledge would be a appreciated. . .

Refusal can result in 1 year suspension. DUI 1st is 3 mos revocation and other sanctions.
