Legal Question in Family Law in Hawaii

Child Suppor Modifications

My husband and his ex-wife had a child support hearing in which she stated that she was unemployed and Hawaii used the minimum wage $ amount to calculate the child support payments. Since the order, his ex-wife has since found a job that pays higher than the minimum wage $. Is my husband able to modify his support payments because SHE now is employed and is being paid higher wages than what the order states?
