child support and alimony
I am recently separated from husband. He had $200,000 in the bank and is giving away the money to family so
i cant have access to it. we have a toddler together and i am a stay at home mother.

You may have claim to any of the money which your husband obtained during the course of your marriage. It would appear that you need to consult a Family law attorney and obtain temporary child support/alimony as soon as possible. The court can also require your husband to provide money for temporary attorneys' fees and costs.
