Child support

I was divorced in 1988, in my divorce papers it states that I was to pay child support in the amount of $400 per month by military allotment, I was medically discharged with disabilities in 1992, I payed child support via military alotment, while in the military, however once I was discharged I did no t pay any more as the agreement was for while in the military and by allotment, do I have reason to cotinue not to pay
