If my spouse dies or we get a divorce would I be entitled to half or all of his property even though my name is not on it?

If you divorce you would be entitled to 1/2 of the community property regardless of who name it is in. If he dies without a will your would receive the community property and a portion of his separate property, depending upon how many children he has fathered.
