Can a female that is 16 move out of her home and live on her own or with someone

I am 15 and would like to move out of my mother's house, but not move into my dad's house. I would like to leave when I am 16, and live on my own or with someone else. I want to know how old I have to be to move out of my house legally.

To be an emancipated minor, you have to be financially self-sufficient. Sounds like you're not.
