Legal Question in Family Law in Hawaii

Is my marriage lega;

I have been in the process of a divorce for two years, I believe the divorce was finalized on june 28 2000, but because there were some marital assets we were fighting over, I never got a decree from the court. I got married in the state of hawaii on jan 3 2001. is my marriage legal? will i have to get remarried again after the decree?

You may. Since it sounds like you only have a Court Decision granting you a Divorce; which is not the same thing as Court Entry of the Divorce Judgment, with Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
