Will not sign divorce papers

What do you do if spouse refuses to address divorce issues or signing of papers?

Once a spouse has notice of the uncontested divorce and refuses to sign the case becomes a contested divorce and must be filed with Family Court. If you have further questions feel free to call me at 1-808-526-0892
