Her name is on the title of her car which is paid for he wants to take that as well although he already has a truck. She has been unemployed for a year. She has a 17 yr old son living with them. Boyfriend wants her out. How long do you think it will take to solve this and how long can she stay in the house?

The boyfriend wants her out of the house, but her name is on the deed and therefore she owns part of the house and therefore she has the right to stay there. Same with the car; she owns part of it and it cannot be sold unless she signs off on the title. From the limited facts you provide, it doesn't seem like the boyfriend can kick the girlfriend out of the house or take the car from her. He would have to buy her out.
