Legal Question in Immigration Law in Hawaii

My fiancee has overstayed her tourist visa for over two years now and now her passport has also expired. Will it be possible to still marry her? Will it be possible for her to stay in America if it is possible to marry her?

Yes, you can still marry her. It is best that you do so before she has overstayed more than 6 months. For assistance with this matter, please give me a call at 1-800-408-5818.

Hi,

Yes, you can marry your fiancee and all sponsorship paperwork can be filed simultaneously based on initial legal entry to the U.S. even though authorized stay has subsequently expired, and she can continue to reside in the U.S. and obtain resident status and eventually citizenship: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm

You can call our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for guidance.
