how much does a fiancee visa cost.

what all the step you have to take a get one.and then after you get the fiancee visa what is the next step i know this all cost money...and how long does get take to get the visa

The fiancee visa is the filing fee for th e I-129F which is currently $455 plus any attorney fees. The visa timing depends on how long the approval takes here in the US followed by the speed of the particular consulate at which you are filing. A safe estimate is at least 6 months (sometimes more). After getting the visa you and your spouse must get married in 3 months in the US and then file the paperwork for your spouse to get their green card.
